My entire career has been a journey of working alongside incredible people. Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership is not about managing tasks — it’s about understanding the people behind them.

I currently work as an Operations Manager, where leading teams, solving workplace challenges, and navigating human dynamics are part of my everyday experience. TheLeaderCode is my space to reflect on those experiences and share the lessons that come from real situations at work.
